Meditation plan
I made many plans, many of which fell by the wayside. The reason for the failure is that we need to reflect, because if this plan is successful, it will be of great help to our personal life and work now. So, why don't you do it? There are many reasons, and the last one is that I didn't understand what this meant to me when I was planning. Therefore, I am in favor of finding the meaning of something before doing it. The more important this meaning is, the better. If it can make people feel that this goal is "great", it will be more than enough. One thing that makes us really feel great, even if I get up in the middle of the night, I can definitely get excited.

Recently, I have several plans. I don't want to fail this time. So this article will talk about my first plan: meditation.

I first came into contact with meditation because one of my classmates got depression. I accidentally found in the university library that meditation may help to improve depression. Many years later, another classmate of mine also suffered from depression. During his stay in hospital, he meditated for half an hour to an hour every day to assist in treatment. In science, the role of meditation has been clearly recognized.

In order to have a systematic understanding of meditation, I recently read Insight, which literally translates as: Why is Buddhism true? There are many meditation parts mentioned in the book. In the process of reading, I think it doesn't matter what the book says. The important thing is: start meditating.

Before doing something, at least be reliable. Meditation is a trivial matter that needs careful verification. The above points make me meditate. So what is the meaning of meditation?

First, it can improve our attention. I am a easily distracted person, and I even wonder if I have ADHD. According to Teacher Li Xiaolai, attention is our most precious resource. Where we focus, we become what we are. If we are absent-minded all day, then we are likely to become an idle person; If we always focus on solving those important problems, then we will become useful people. Time is beyond our control. What we can control is our attention. Meditation contributes to the management of attention;

Secondly, it enriches me. People who have experienced meditation training generally say that they have seen the world in a different way, or feel that the world has become better. I believe this statement, because with the deepening of meditation, we find that many of our thoughts only see one side of the world, or they may just be our own prejudices. From this point of view, if we look at the world from another angle, the world will naturally be enriched. This has changed our attitude and way towards people and things, and we can "become better" ourselves.

Third, the ability to think deeply. As an amateur investor, I found that the problems in many of my projects were due to my lack of in-depth thinking. Many projects just flashed in my mind, so I missed a golden opportunity. If I think deeply about important projects, I believe my investment performance can go up a step. This is the most direct effect that meditation can bring me.

Fourth, the mental state that can be improved. Meditation 15 minutes can often bring me a good mental state, even better than a nap.

The above four points are the reasons why I make a meditation plan. The actual implementation of this plan, etc. I will write another article as a supplement.
