Qiyang Community is located in the east of dali town Huang Qi Office, starting from Jiaokou Village in Guangzhou in the east, walking street in Hongwei Road in the west, Huang Qi section of Guangfo Road in the south and east section of Jiang Yan Road in the north. It is the seat of the old town of Huangqi office and is known as "Qiyang Ancient Road". The jurisdiction covers an area of about 0.86 square kilometers, including 18 residential quarters and family quarters, and 4 natural villages of Qidong, Qinan, Qixi and Luocun, with a registered population of more than 9,200 and a floating population of15,000.
