Soundiata's father Magan Kon Fatah is a well-known handsome man. He has three wives, three sons and three daughters. Bei Leita, the first wife, gave birth to Prince Dankaratman, Princess Nana and Triban.
The second wife, Songkelong Zhu Kai, gave birth to Prince Sondyata and two princesses, Songkelong Cronkang and Songkelong Jamaru. The third wife's name is Sister Naman. Prince Mandibuli is Soddy Yata's best friend. The story begins when Prince Dan Kalantman was eight years old.
