The institutional setup of Hubei University Library
According to the new network environment and library business process, our library now has departments such as document construction department, reader service department, information consultation department, technical work department and library office. There are more than 80 employees and more than 60 middle and senior titles. While doing a good job in the construction of literature resources and reader service, the library is committed to the construction of digital library, applying the concept of knowledge management to the management system of the library, implementing democratic management, implementing post appointment system, clarifying post responsibilities, and establishing an incentive mechanism that is relatively stable, reasonable, competitive and effective, conducive to the growth of outstanding talents and young backbones and giving full play to their talents. In business management and service, it is necessary to improve various rules and regulations, strengthen service awareness, optimize business processes, continuously expand service areas and deepen service connotation. The whole library vigorously promotes the team spirit and the service concept of "readers first, serving and educating people", and establishes a rigorous and realistic work style, pioneering and innovative, and forging ahead in unity, so as to create a civilized, orderly, comfortable and open learning and information utilization environment for readers and provide a strong guarantee for the teaching, scientific research and personnel training of Hubei University.
