Wenzhen Town, located in the lower reaches of Jianjiang River in Leizhou Peninsula, is a town under the jurisdiction of Wuchuan City, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, with an area of 58.2 1 km2, 16 districts, 1 neighborhood committee and 204 natural villages. The town government is located in Wei, about 10 km from Wuchuan city center. The land and water transportation in the town is very convenient, and the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Expressway passes through the southwest of the town. In 2005, Wuchuan City was named "the hometown of down in China", and Wenzhen Town is one of the main down industrial zones. The town has a total population of 84,065, with a male-female ratio of 1.035: 1 and 20,082 households (according to the data of the fifth census).
