Ningyuan No.1 Middle School is a key middle school in Hunan Province. Founded in the autumn of 1942, it has a history of 6 1 year. Nearly 40,000 qualified junior and senior high school graduates have been trained for the country, and a large number of outstanding talents such as Vice Governor Zheng Maoqing and General Li Zhenfu, a nuclear scientist, have emerged. Since the resumption of the college entrance examination, more than 5,000 outstanding freshmen have been sent to colleges and universities, and 26 students, including Zhou and Liu Zhijian, have been admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University successively. The school has more than 100 classes and 6000 students. There are 362 faculty members, including bachelor degree 178 and junior college degree 1 18. There are 3 special middle school teachers, 35 senior middle school teachers and 1 15 first-class middle school teachers. The campus covers an area of 240 mu with a building area of more than 60,000 square meters. There are 4 teaching buildings, 4 student dormitories and 8 staff dormitories. The library has more than 50,000 books, and the teaching instruments and equipment for physics and chemistry students and audio-visual teaching equipment have reached the first-class standards issued by the Ministry of Education. In recent years, Ningyuan No.1 Middle School has emancipated its mind, pioneered and innovated, and made great progress in various undertakings. The conditions for running schools have improved significantly. The first-class sports art museum, science and technology museum, campus network, office building and the first plastic track and field in the city have been built. In 2003, two foreign teachers were employed to teach in this school. The scale of running a school has obviously expanded, and a joint-stock private school, Hunan Guiguan International Experimental School, has been established. The school has grown from more than 30 students in 1 class to 32 classes 1676 students today. This year, Ningyuan No.1 Middle School aims at the grand goal of "becoming bigger and stronger and building the top 100 in China". This paper puts forward the idea of building private high schools, affiliated primary schools and affiliated kindergartens through attracting investment. In the near future, we will strive to build No.1 Middle School into a comprehensive education group that integrates kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, ordinary high school and even higher, and has always been 15 cross-ownership and general vocational education.
