Beijing Metro Line 4 is the main line running through the north and south of Beijing urban rail transit network. It was put into trial operation on September 28, 2009, and the logo color was turquoise.

Beijing Metro Line 4 runs from north to south, with a total length of 28.2 kilometers. It starts from Gongyi Xiqiao Station in Fengtai District in the south and ends at anheqiao north station in Haidian District in the north. There are 24 stations on the whole line, except anheqiao north station, which is the ground station, and the rest are underground stations. Beijing Metro Line 4 runs through Beijing Metro Daxing Line.

The car body and windows of the train have MTR characteristics, and the doors are designed with external doors, which is the first case in Beijing subway. The front center of the carriage is marked with the logo of Beijing-Hong Kong subway, and the words "Beijing" are printed on the escape door.
