With ID card, military officer's card, soldier's card, passport, Hong Kong and Macao pass or Taiwan Province compatriots' home visit card and household register, you can apply for the reader card of the National Library for the first time free of charge, enjoy the basic functions of the reader card, and handle the extended functions according to the procedures if you meet other corresponding conditions (see the relevant provisions on accreditation for details);
To enter the reading room and service point, you must hold the national library reader's card; /kloc-China citizens over 0/8 years old can enter the open-shelf reading room with the second-generation ID card;
The reader card is valid for a long time. If there are violations, if the circumstances are serious, the whole museum will be closed and will be restored after being corrected;
Older readers and disabled readers with discount cards can borrow books first;
Carry-on bags, drinking water and other items unrelated to borrowing are sent to the bag storage office free of charge with a valid reader's card or ID card;
Pay attention to the instrument dress, don't wear sports vest and flip-flops;
Please don't smoke and use naked flames in the museum area, and don't bring inflammable and explosive materials into the museum.
Please eat and drink at the designated place, and don't bring food or drinking water into the library;

Reading books and periodicals in reading rooms with my reader card, you must swipe your card to confirm that it is valid before you can enter.
Books and periodicals in the reading room are only for indoor reading.
Read open-shelf books, limited to four volumes at a time; The time limit for reading open-shelf newspapers and periodicals is 1 species/1 year. After reading them, put them in the designated place. Please don't go back on your own.
When reading books and periodicals with closed shelves, you must fill in the book request form, give it to the staff for extraction, and return it after reading. Please don't put it anywhere.
To read the books and periodicals in the library, we must search the bibliography (or card catalogue) in our OPAC and send a request (or submit a book purchase form), and the staff will pick up the books and periodicals. Those who fail to bring books and periodicals to the cashier shall be fined 0.30 yuan/copy. Books and periodicals in the library must be returned on the same day, and a fine of 5 yuan/volume/day will be imposed for overdue return.
To copy books and periodicals, you must fill in the copy application form and promise to abide by the copyright law, go through the copy formalities at the designated place, and return it immediately after copying.
Books and periodicals in the reading room shall not be taken out of the room without permission, and those who take books and periodicals out of the room without permission shall be treated as theft.
Loan description
To borrow books, you must have a national library reader card with borrowing function.
Chinese books are limited to 3 volumes at a time, and 3 CDs attached with the book can be renewed 1 time, and the renewal period is 3 1 day (that is, 3 1 day is calculated from the execution date of the renewal operation). Foreign language books are limited to three books at a time, with a loan period of 3 1 day, and no renewal service is provided.
To borrow foreign books in the library, you must first send a borrowing request on OPAC of our library, or use the card catalogue to find the book call number, and the staff will come to pick up the books.
When borrowing books, carefully check whether there are pages missing, depicting, defacing, etc. If found, it should be declared immediately, and the staff should be sealed. When returning, if it is found that there is any defacement without the seal of the staff, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in the Measures for Illegal Handling.
If the required Chinese books have been checked out, you can make an appointment online and borrow books from the library within 7 days after the book is published. If you don't go through the formalities of borrowing books within the time limit, the reservation will automatically become invalid after 7 days, and you need to pay a penalty of 0.30 yuan per book.
Borrowed books and periodicals must be returned on schedule, and overdue use fees must be paid for overdue return: 0.30 yuan/volume/day for Chinese books; Foreign language books are 0.50 yuan/volume/day.
If the library doesn't have the required books and periodicals, it can go through the interlibrary loan procedures at the document supply center and pay the corresponding fees.
Books borrowed from the library shall not be taken out of the library without permission, and those who take books out of the library without permission shall be treated as theft.
Renewal instructions
Those who have obtained the outdoor lending function of Chinese books in the first lending library of Chinese books, the second lending library of Chinese books and the ancient books library will automatically obtain the renewal function, and will not provide foreign books for the time being.
Readers can log in to OPAC of our library with their reader's ID card to renew books (there is no record of arrears within the validity period).
Each book can be renewed 1 time. The renewal period is 365,438+0 days, that is, an increase of 365,438+0 days from the execution date of the renewal operation.
The request for renewal of borrowed books submitted on the day of borrowing is invalid.
Expired books and books reserved by other readers cannot be renewed.
Appointment notice
Those who have obtained the outdoor lending function of Chinese books in the first lending library, the second lending library and the ancient books library will automatically get the reservation function.
Readers can log in to OPAC of our library to make a reservation with the reader's ID card (within the validity period, no record of arrears).
