2. Get the call number and collection location of the corresponding books.

3. Look for books in the corresponding stacks according to the collection location.

4. Take the books to the self-service lending and returning equipment or the general lending and returning office.

5. Operate self-service equipment or borrow books from staff.

6. Book borrowing is completed.
