1. The gift agreement can be written as follows:
(1) Identity information of the donor, including name, gender, nationality and ID number;
(2) The name, gender, nationality and ID number of the donee;
(3) the subject matter of the gift, what the donor will give to others;
(four) whether there is an agreed gift obligation between the parties;
(5) If transfer registration is required for the gift, the time for transfer registration may be agreed.
2. Legal basis: Article 470th of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
The contents of a contract shall be agreed upon by the parties, and generally include the following clauses:
(1) The name and domicile of the party concerned;
(2) Subject matter;
(3) quantity;
(4) quality;
(5) Price or remuneration;
(6) Time limit, place and method of performance;
(7) Liability for breach of contract;
(8) Methods for resolving disputes.
The parties may conclude a contract by referring to the model texts of various contracts.
