The library devotes itself to the application and innovation of information technology, applies the integrated management system of the library, introduces a large number of electronic resources and network databases, and is equipped with foreign advanced unified retrieval platform and full-text link system for electronic resources to realize cross-database retrieval of network databases and purchase high-speed and high-performance network products, large-capacity storage devices and servers. In order to realize the network management of books and documents and promote the improvement of library's professional level and service ability.

The library has six administrative and business management departments and 76 full-time employees. The library work committee works under the leadership of the principal in charge, and the collection construction committee, homepage construction committee and other temporary project teams work under the leadership of the curator.

The library of more than 30,000 square meters in Liangxiang Campus is under construction, and its completion will further improve the conditions of the library, expand the collection capacity, and make a big leap in the overall service level of the library and the ability to guarantee literature and information resources.
