2. The borrowing period of back issues is 30 days, and each volume can be renewed once. The renewal period is 15 days. If it is overdue, it will be charged at 0. 1 yuan/day. Please return it on time. Readers who hold overdue periodicals or fail to pay overdue fees cannot continue to borrow books. Readers need to return overdue periodicals and pay overdue fees before they can continue to borrow books.

3. When going through the borrowing formalities, please read the newspaper carefully to see if there is any damage or missing pages, and explain the problems to the staff in time. Otherwise, the responsibility shall be borne by the reader and handled according to the relevant regulations of the library.

4. Readers who want to inquire and borrow published newspapers and patent materials can contact the staff of our room to go through the borrowing procedures, and are not allowed to take them out of the library without authorization.

5. If the borrowed newspaper is lost, damaged or expired, it will be handled according to the relevant regulations of our library.

With a valid library card, readers can inquire about the electronic newspaper materials and national culture and enjoy the engineering information resources free of charge in the electronic newspaper area of our library. One computer per person, please follow the rules of computer use in our library.
