First, the opening method of campus card borrowing function

Campus cards are handled by the campus card management center in a unified way, and the library card and book borrowing function of full-time students is automatically opened. Other readers need to go through the opening formalities at the main service desk on the second floor of the library.

1. Readers must borrow books and periodicals from the library with a valid campus card.

2. Borrowing scope: the books in the borrowing library provide borrowing services; Books and periodicals in the sample reading room and periodical reading room are only for indoor reading, and can be copied in the library without lending.

3. Number and duration of books to borrow. Readers are allowed to borrow books. The borrowing period, renewal times and renewal period are 25 books for faculty, 180 days, 3 times/book 15 days/time, unlimited times for students, 3 times/book 15 days/time, and 25 books for administrative staff. If it is found to be defaced or incomplete, it should be declared to the staff immediately and stamped. Otherwise, if you find the above situation when returning the book, it will be regarded as the behavior of the borrower.

Third, return the book.

Readers should return the borrowed books on time, and the book return office is located at the main service desk on the second floor.

Fourth, make an appointment

The faculty can make an appointment for up to 2 books, and the student readers are limited to make an appointment for 2 books; After returning to the library, the reserved books will only be kept on the reservation shelf for 3 days, and the library will send readers a notice of book collection by e-mail.

Booking method: Books to be booked can only be booked when "Borrowable Books" is zero. Readers can find the books they want to reserve through "Library Retrieval", and then click "Reader Reservation" on the detailed information page and "Reservation" on the reservation interface.

If the reader fails to borrow the reserved books within the prescribed time limit for three times (subject to the book collection notice issued by the library), his borrowing authority will be suspended for 45 days.

Readers can renew their books within 10 days before the expiration date, and each book can only be renewed 1 time. The renewal period for faculty and students is 30 days, and the renewal period is 10 days, counting from the due date; Books reserved by others cannot be renewed.

Renewal method: enter the card number and password in the "Personal Information Inquiry" on the library homepage, browse the list of borrowed books, and click the "Renewal" button to renew the books.

Two, multi-functional reading area and leisure seminar area management regulations

(1) The general reading area is located on floors 3, 4 and 5 of the West Annex Building and 1. This is an open reading area with no reservations. In order to ensure a quiet learning environment, the general reading area does not provide internet service.

(2) The seminar reading area is located in the west corridor on the third and fifth floors, providing readers with a space for research, study and communication, where they can study and discuss, but they are not allowed to engage in meetings, speeches and other similar activities or make loud noises.

(3) The multifunctional reading area is located on the north side of the fifth floor, providing a wireless or wired network environment where readers can read and access electronic resources and network resources in their spare time.

(4) The leisure seminar area is located on the first floor of the West Annex Building, which provides readers with a good environment for tea breaks. Readers can dine, study and discuss here, and be careful not to make noise or engage in entertainment activities. Eating and drinking are prohibited in other reader service areas in the library except the leisure seminar area. )

(5) In order to improve the use efficiency of the reading seat, students should put the study materials and other items back in the locker or carry them with them when they close the door, attend classes or leave their seats for a long time, and consciously vacate the reading seat for others to use.

(6) When the library is closed, no articles shall be placed on the reading seat, and the articles not taken away shall be lost at your own risk.

(7) Take good care of public facilities, keep the room clean and tidy, and do not damage tables and chairs. Don't paste or smear on reading desks and chairs, and don't throw away rubbish at will.

(8) Without permission, reading desks and chairs shall not be moved at will.

Three. Provisions on the administration of reserved reading areas (for Trial Implementation)

(1) The library has set up two reserved reading areas on the north side of the sixth floor and the first floor, which are only open to full-time students at school.

(2) With my valid campus card, go to the Property Department (Room 223) to reserve a seat. Each person can reserve 1 seat for 2 months. Students who have already made an appointment can make another appointment within 10 days before the expiration. The reserved reading area (6F) is reserved for senior students only in the autumn semester. After the postgraduate entrance examination, only graduate students can make an appointment (with the original and photocopy of the application certificate of the year), and the appointment period is until the end of the exam; Students who have made an appointment before applying for the exam can apply for an extension with the original and photocopy of the application certificate until the end of the exam.

(3) For the convenience of students, each reading seat is equipped with 1 lockers. Students who have reserved seats should use seats and lockers according to their numbers.

(4) In order to improve the use efficiency of the reading seat, take your own materials away in time after the study. Consciously vacate the reading seat for others to use. Students who have not made an appointment can use the seats for free reading, and be polite when making an appointment.

(5) When the library is closed, nothing should be placed on the reading seat, and the items not taken away are lost at your own risk.

(6) Take good care of public facilities, keep the room clean and tidy, prohibit pasting and painting on reading desks and chairs (including screens), and do not litter at will.

(7) In order to keep a quiet learning environment, it is forbidden to use computers in the reserved reading area.

(8) Please consciously abide by these provisions. Students who violate the rules will affect the next appointment, and those who violate the rules will be disqualified.

Four, teacher training room management regulations (Trial)

(1) The teachers' training room is open to faculty and doctoral students in our school, and they can enter and leave the training room with campus cards.

(2) When the library is closed or the training room is left for a long time, readers should take away the study materials and other items to make room for others to use.

(3) It is forbidden to eat any food in the training room, and it is forbidden to answer the phone and make loud noises. Only the leisure seminar area on the first floor of the West Annex Building can eat food in the library. )

(4) Take good care of public facilities, keep the room clean and tidy, and do not litter at will.

(5) Without permission, please don't move furniture and equipment such as reading desks and chairs at will.

(6) These Provisions shall be implemented as of September 1 day, 2009.

Four, electronic reading room management regulations (Trial)

In order to maintain a good reading order and clean environment in the electronic reading room and make full and effective use of the electronic resources and network resources in the collection, these Provisions are formulated. Please read the following terms carefully and abide by them consciously.

(1) When boarding the plane, you must swipe your card at the service desk to allocate seats, log in to the system and start charging. When you leave the store, please click the "Check Out" icon and swipe your card at the service desk to leave.

(2) charging standard

The average reader's computer fee is 1 yuan per hour, and the poor students' computer fee is 0.5 yuan per hour. The identification of poor students is based on the list of poor students provided by the Political and Educational Affairs Office. You need to go through the relevant formalities at the service desk when you get on the computer for the first time.

In order to keep the room clean, please don't bring food in.

(4) It is forbidden to delete and modify any system parameters and files of the machine, and it is forbidden to use hackers and similar software.

(5) It is forbidden to browse websites explicitly prohibited by the state in the electronic reading room, and offenders will be disqualified from using computers for 6 months. If the circumstances are serious, notify the department where it belongs or transfer it to relevant departments for handling.

(6) It is forbidden to play games, chat and other unhealthy behaviors in the electronic reading room.

(7) Poor students are not allowed to lend their personal accounts to others, and offenders will permanently cancel their preferential computer qualifications for poor students and pay the difference between ordinary readers and poor students.

(8) If the machine is damaged due to improper use, compensation shall be made according to the degree of damage.
