China Shandong Provincial Capital Culture and Art Center is located in the core area of West New City, Jinan City, Shandong Province, and it is 1.3 km away from the main building of Jinan West Station of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, covering an area of 480 mu, with a total construction area of 625,000 square meters and a total investment of 5.65 billion yuan, including cultural undertakings and cultural industry supporting projects such as grand theater, library, art museum, mass art museum, drama troupe, book city and cinema. Shandong Culture and Art Center openly solicits design plans for the whole world, and invites first-class design teams at home and abroad to participate in planning and design. After several rounds of scheme comparison, the design concept of the Grand Theatre Complex is "replacing Qinghai Blue", and the design is presided over by the famous design master paul andreu. Adhering to the principles of environmental protection, energy saving and sustainable development, we designed and carried out 12 special studies simultaneously, and adopted 8 categories of 2 1 new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials.
