As it is second-hand equipment, you need to pay attention to the following matters before import customs clearance and shipment:
1. If the original nameplate mark of the machine has fallen off or been lost, it is recommended to make a new nameplate mark (machine model, year, brand, place of origin, manufacturer and other information). ), and the year is recommended not to exceed 10.
2. Remove oil stains from the machine surface. If the machine has an oil tank and other liquid storage devices, please drain the liquid and seal it with waterproof glue.
3. After the dirt is removed, if the protective paint on the surface of the machine has fallen off and rusted, and the appearance color is very old, it is recommended to spray and color on the basis of the mechanical primary color to keep the mechanical surface as clean as possible;
4, such as mechanical accessories such as power supply, wires, interfaces, etc. It is recommended to tie it with rope to avoid damage during loading and unloading;
5. For the mechanical contact parts or accessories of the operation console, please post warning signs for safe use in conspicuous places;
6. After mechanical cleaning, please take photos of each machine and equipment (front, left and right, nameplate photos 1 sheet of each machine and equipment) and send them back to our company for filing before the old machine and equipment are imported;
7. Instruments and key components are recommended to be packed in wooden cases, fumigated and disinfected before export, and the quarantine and disinfection certificate of wooden packaging is provided.
