The basic criteria for determining the allocation of public funds for each student by major category are as follows:

(a) tourism services (excluding cooking), finance and trade, leisure and health care, education, judicial services, public management and services, 2800 yuan per student per year. (two) agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, resources and environment, energy and new energy, civil water conservancy, processing and manufacturing, electrical and electronic, petrochemical, textile and food, transportation, information technology, 3300 yuan per student per year. (three) sports and fitness, medicine and health, 3900 yuan per student per year. (4) Culinary majors in culture, art and tourism services are 4,500 yuan per student per year. The standards of physical fitness, culture and art in the above standards are only applicable to independent secondary vocational schools of sports and art, and the standards of physical fitness, culture and art in other schools are 3300 yuan.

The public funds of secondary vocational schools are used for the daily operation expenses of schools and the off-campus practice expenses, and shall not be used for personnel funds and capital construction. The daily operating expenses of the school mainly include: teaching business expenses, experimental training expenses, teacher training expenses, cultural and sports activities expenses, utilities, heating expenses, office expenses, post and telecommunications expenses, labor expenses, transportation expenses, equipment and books and materials purchase expenses, and daily maintenance expenses of school buildings and equipment. Off-campus internship fees mainly include student internship subsidies paid to enterprises and internship liability insurance purchased for students.
