2. Find Create in the upper left corner of the software interface, click Create, then select Create from Scanner, then select the automatic color detection mode, and click to enter the scanning state.
3. Enter the scanning state, start scanning, and wait for the scanning progress to be completed. The scanning progress varies depending on the configuration of the scanner and computer.
4. After the document is scanned, a document scanning interface appears in the software, thus completing the preliminary work to see whether the document is neat and the scanning is complete. If it is not complete, please put the paper document into the scanner again and scan it again. If it is complete and meets the expected value, then you can save the file.
5. Click the file in the upper left corner of the interface, and select Save in the drop-down menu to open the Save dialog box.
6. After the save dialog box pops up, select the storage location and find a location that you can remember best, so that you can find it later and give the file a good name. Of course, the name should be related to the content of the file, so that if you forget the storage location in the future, you can search and find it, and then click Save.
7. When you arrive at the storage location, the saved pdf file will appear. Double-click the saved pdf file and open it to see if it is successful.
