Shenyang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall is a key construction project of Shenyang 20 10. 2010,10,13. The project is located in the southeast corner of Science and Technology Park in Shenhe District, Shenyang, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment. Together with the surrounding city library, science palace and children's activity center, it forms a cultural building cluster in Shenyang.

Shenyang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall was designed by SCHUSTER ARCHITEKTEN in Germany. The design concept is "the Rubik's Cube of the City", which means "a box full of dreams". The project was contracted by Shenyang Shuntian Construction Co., Ltd., and it won the Golden Cup Award of Liaoning Province's high-quality main structure project, the "New Face Cup" of Shenyang construction site, the high-quality project of Shenyang and the high-quality project observation of three cities in Northeast China. The building is simple and generous, with a strong sense of fashion, and will become one of the landmark buildings in Shenyang after completion. The exhibition hall covers an area of 1.5 hectares, with a building area of 25,000 square meters and a height of 35 meters, with four floors above ground and one underground. Among them, the first to third floors above ground are the main exhibition area, and the fourth floor is the temporary exhibition area and conference office area. The basement is the garage and equipment room.
