East of Pingqiao Town, Pingqiao District
Pingqiao Town has two power plants, Huayu Heping Bridge.
Take bus No.2 from Xinyang Normal University to the railway station, and take bus No.2 1 from the railway station to Pingqiao Town. On the bus, ask the driver and passengers where to get off at Pingqiao.
