How time flies! Unconsciously, I have been working for almost a year, and I must have gained something. The idea of running for student cadres was very interesting. It is because the two roommates in the dormitory are the vice presidents and ministers of a certain society that they regret not running for the election when they become "officials". Hehe, fortunately, the opportunity came. The Youth League Committee in the department went to choose schools before. Although I lost the election, I benefited a lot from what my eldest brother said on the phone. Maybe I will remember it forever. Brother's words probably mean: the opportunity has come, you have to fight for it yourself. If you want to get the chance as you wish, you have to be fully prepared! Don't be afraid to go to the podium. After all, when looking for a job after graduation, you have to face an "interview" and go to the "podium", so you should cherish the opportunity to go to the podium. Therefore, I did not hesitate to sign up for the departmental election. Compared with the previous interviews in various institutions, I was prepared for this election, but I still didn't do well in the interview, but I said to myself: Nothing, after all, I have signed up and prepared carefully according to my own wishes, with no regrets. But then I was elected. I ran for the Ministry of Supervision and was later transferred to the Ministry of Labor Protection, but I was still very happy at that time, because I was a student cadre, happy ing!

Soon after I took over, the problem came. The second environmental protection clothing design competition, which is in charge of the labor protection department, is coming. I am the main organizer. For me, who is new here and doesn't know much about labor protection, this is really a great challenge. This is really a test for me. I thought about giving up and quitting ... so I went to the vice president of the student union, who is also the monitor of our class, and told her my thoughts. She didn't talk to me much, and the conversation was only ten minutes at most. In these ten minutes, she made me give up the idea of resigning. I really have to thank her. Without her encouragement, maybe I wouldn't go on, and I wouldn't have the experience and harvest of being a student cadre this year.

I am very lucky, because my department has a minister and two deputy departments, both of whom are very capable and better than me (which I have to admit)! Sincerely thank them, their department's work is very colorful!

Along the way, I learned: 1. As a student cadre, you should be more strict with yourself, whether in study or in life; 2. Coordinate study and working hours; 3. It has strong compressive strength; 4. Maintain the original campaign enthusiasm at work; 4. To take over an activity, we must grasp the time: publicity time, registration time, preliminary time, semi-final time ... all these must be arranged and coordinated; 5. The unity and communication of department members and the task arrangement and distribution among members are very important, so it is necessary to handle the relationship well; 6, and the relationship between the labor protection committee of each class should also be handled. Pay attention to politeness and tone when calling, so that the other party sounds comfortable and easy to accept. When sending fetion, the content of fetion should be carefully organized, not only to express what you want to convey, but also to be concise; 7. Deal with the relationship with brother departments and communicate with them more; 8. Handle the relationship with the students in the department, seriously answer their questions related to the department, accept and consider their demands and suggestions with an open mind, solve what can be solved, and respond to the superiors when necessary; 9. In the past year, the work of this department mainly has five parts: first, the work of this department is mainly the fire safety work and logistics work of this department; Second, the daily work of the department, mainly collecting life and property safety, library voluntary labor and psoriasis removal activities; Third, the environmental protection clothing design competition (the second "clothes and clothes" environmental protection clothing design competition); Fourth, (Seventh) Fire Safety Knowledge Competition; Fifth, recruit new people. Here, I mainly talk about two competitions!

"clothes and clothes don't give up" environmental protection clothing design competition. Sponsored by the college, two teams were selected from our department to represent our department. Because it was a contest held shortly after I took over the job, I felt a little overwhelmed and anxious. Due to lack of experience, we actively consulted the former minister. Although the schedule was a little hasty, it went smoothly in the end. Two teams were selected to participate in the final of the college, and one of them won the second prize. We are very happy, because after all, this is our organization, which is an affirmation and reward for our work.

Fire safety competition. Because of my previous competition experience, I put time in a very important position from the beginning, so I have a lot of time to arrange this time. However, the preliminary preparation is not sufficient. Before the written test began, because the staff were not arranged in advance, they were arranged at the scene and the copied materials were not read in advance. Some places are ambiguous, and some on-site precautions are not explained to the contestants, which leads to chaos in the written test site. There are some controversial topics in the rematch because of the omission of the topic. Fortunately, we have prepared an alternative topic. Some invited judges and guests were unable to attend due to conflicts, but overall, the preliminary and semi-finals of the department went smoothly, and a team was selected to represent our department in the final of the college. In the final of the college, our department won the Excellence Award. Although the result is not very good, this activity has increased the students' understanding of fire safety knowledge, which can be regarded as "returning home with a full load"!

I have to say that I have really grown up and gained a lot: the importance of time, enthusiasm for work, sense of responsibility for work, and communication with my classmates ... I am very grateful to the department for giving me this position and this stage, and I also thank the two excellent deputy departments of the department! One year as Minister of Labor Protection will be a very important part of my life, and I will cherish this rare experience.
