Adult cards: all China citizens and/kloc-foreigners over 0/5 years old.

1. Registration fee for reading books and periodicals with reading cards 15 yuan/5 yuan/season.

2. The registration fee of books and periodicals borrowing card for Chinese books and periodicals borrowing is 20 yuan/year deposit 100 yuan.

3. Registration fee for reading Chinese books with library card 15 yuan/year, and deposit 100 yuan.

4. Reference card, registration fee for borrowing Chinese books and periodicals and foreign books, 20 yuan/year deposit, 200 yuan.

Children's cards: all children aged 6 to 14.

Registration fee for children's library card, book borrowing and periodical reading 15 yuan/year, deposit 100 yuan.

Self-study certificate: self-study is required, special study places are provided, there is no age limit, and books can be brought into the room for self-study. Each certificate: 15 yuan /30 days, with daily billing (30 yuan /30 days during air conditioning use).

Note: The functions of the above reader cards are not allowed to be changed in the middle. If you want to change the function, the original card will be invalid.

Ways and procedures for obtaining licenses

The reader's card implements the annual registration system, and the registration date is the annual registration date. If you fail to register as scheduled, you will stop using it.

Ordinary readers hold valid certificates (my ID card, passport or household registration book), fill in the "anhui library Reader Library Card Registration Card", and choose the corresponding reader card type to handle.

Holders of old-age cards and retirement cards can apply for card reading with valid certificates, free of registration fees.

Disabled card holders can apply for a library card (deposit 100 yuan) or a reading card with valid documents, free of registration fee. Note: readers who meet the registration fee exemption can only enjoy the registration fee exemption once a year.

Time and place to apply for a permit

8: 30- 18: 30 (spring and summer);

8: 30- 18: 00 (autumn and winter)

The registration office on the west first floor (tel: 288 1049) does not rest on weekends and holidays.

Measures for loss reporting, replacement and return of certificates

If the reader's card is accidentally lost, it should be reported to the loss reporting office immediately, and you can apply for a replacement one week later. You must bring your valid certificate and deposit receipt and pay the registration fee.

After the deposit slip is lost for one month, you must bring your reader's card, ID card or household registration book to refund the deposit. (Not applicable to weekends)

Adult cards must be returned in person. When returning the card, you must first pay off the borrowed books and the fees owed, and return the deposit with the reader's card and deposit receipt; Children's cards can be returned by parents, and the procedures are the same as above. Parents' ID cards and household registration books are also provided.

Other preventive measures

Readers' library cards are for personal use only. Please don't lend it to me.

Please keep the deposit receipt properly and return the deposit with the receipt.

Readers are requested to carefully read the borrowing rules of each room before borrowing books and periodicals, and consciously abide by the library's books and periodicals borrowing management regulations.

You should apply for a child library card. Take the household registration book, 1 15 yuan (annual fee 15, deposit 100, and the deposit will be refunded when the card is returned). When you apply for a card, you should first fill in the form on the left side of the counter, and then take the form to the photo place to pay for the photo. Deposit certificates should be collected.
