Starting from 1999, the library began to implement computer management. At present, the main business management and reader service of the library are all included in the Huiwen document information service system Libsys4.0, covering the fields of interview, cataloging, circulation, book collection, periodical management, public inquiry, reading room management and so on. Books and periodicals in the libraries of three campuses are all borrowed by one card.

In 2009, the college invested 6.4 million yuan to upgrade the library informatization, realizing the digitalization of information storage, networking of transmission means, intelligent management and control, and informatization of personnel office. Provide readers with 7*24 hours uninterrupted service. An online library service system supported by commercial database (combining remote access with local mirroring), local database and self-built database has been established, which can provide full-text query and download services of various Chinese periodicals, e-books and other electronic resources for readers with different needs.

The library currently has 3 electronic reading rooms and 540 electronic reading room seats. 2 audio-visual rooms, 250 audio-visual room seats.
