Huaiji County Education Bureau is subordinate to the government department of Huaiji County People's Government.

Main responsibilities:

(a) the implementation of the party and state education policies and regulations, study and draft local education policies, measures and rules and regulations, and organize their implementation.

(two) to study and formulate the county's education development plan and annual guidance plan, and be responsible for organizing, guiding and coordinating the implementation; Responsible for the collection of educational statistics and management information.

(four) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate policies and regulations on education financing, education funds, education infrastructure investment and education fees; Manage county-level education funds and assist in arranging the distribution of county-level education funds; To supervise the implementation of financial allocation for education and the use of educational funds in townships (towns); Planning and guiding the construction of campus, school buildings and facilities and the adjustment of school layout; Audit and supervise the fund activities of affiliated schools.

(5) Organizing and guiding basic education to carry out educational scientific research, teaching research, teaching reform, moral education, physical education, aesthetic education, health education, labor technology education, work-study program, teaching equipment, audio-visual education and library construction, planning and guiding the implementation of educational informatization projects, and organizing inspection and evaluation; Organize or cooperate with relevant departments to inspect and evaluate the educational quality of primary and secondary schools and various vocational and adult education schools; Manage, guide and supervise social forces to run schools; Responsible for promoting Putonghua and standardized writing.

(six) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate enrollment plans for schools at all levels, organize, guide and supervise the entrance examination; To guide the management of student status in various schools.

(seven) in charge of the work of teachers in the county; Guide the implementation of teacher qualification system at all levels; Plan and guide the construction of teachers and educational administrative cadres in various schools.

(eight) the management of institutions directly under the school; To guide the work of educational societies and other mass organizations.

(nine) to undertake other tasks assigned by the county party committee, the county government and the superior business department. ?
