Data reporting operation flow
There are two ways for administrative institutions affiliated to provincial departments to report data to higher authorities by using the asset management information system of administrative institutions (unit version): online reporting and offline reporting. In order to promote the standardization and completeness of the data reported by the company software, please ask the administrative institutions affiliated to the provincial departments to make relevant inspection preparations before the data is reported to ensure that the content of the reported data meets the data summary requirements of the higher authorities. The specific operation mode is as follows:
First, the preparatory work before the declaration
(A) check the data
1, check the unit table.
Enter the system initialization-company information table, and verify whether the indicators such as "company level code" and "financial unit level code at the same level" in the "company situation table" are filled in correctly (the provincial administrative institution "company level code" is 620000 plus the national treasury centralized payment code, and the "financial unit level code at the same level" is filled in 620000 12).
Step 2 check the asset card
Ensure that all asset cards have been posted. The administrative institutions that use the company version of the software should reconcile with the financial statements after completing the entry of asset cards, and the data base date is 65438+February 3, 20091. If it is not accounted for, you can use the system function-batch accounting to account for it.
Step 3 check the balance sheet
Check the balance sheet-whether the balance sheet is filled in correctly, and the filling date is 65438+February 3, 20091. After completing the form, you must click Save, and then click OK.
4. Check the organization personnel table
Check whether the initial organizational personnel table of the system is filled in correctly.
(2) Modification method
After checking the relevant data, it is necessary to modify the problems found.
1. Modification of card information
You can click Modify directly on the card to modify and save the unrecorded card. Posted cards can be modified by internal use-single change.
2. Table data modification
Before formal submission, you can modify the company information form and organization personnel information form at any time by clicking the "Modify" button. After clicking OK, the balance sheet cannot be modified directly. If it is not filled in correctly, you can add a new form and fill it in again.
3. Generate analysis data
After completing data filling and report preparation, please click System Function-Generate Analysis Data.
Second, the reporting method
When the machine installed with the unit version software of asset management information system is connected to the asset management information system network of the superior competent department, online reporting can be adopted, and when the network cannot be connected, offline reporting can be adopted.
( 1)? Online report
1. Configure report parameters
Enter the switching center system function-parameter configuration function, click the "Add" button, and fill in the server information. Name can be filled in at will, and remote address, user name and password can be obtained through higher authorities.
Click the "Test Connection" button, and after the prompt "Connection Successful", select "Use this connection as an approved connection".
2. Data reporting
Enter the system function-switching center to perform the task function, click the button in the upper left corner, and click "OK" in the pop-up window. The software will automatically download and report the task and display it on the left side of the interface. Then click "Execute", the progress bar is completed, and the report operation is completed.
(2) Offline reporting
Offline reporting requires obtaining the task parameter file (dzp format) of the competent company. After obtaining the parameters, enter the system function-exchange center to perform the task function, click the button, and double-click in the pop-up window to select the task file issued by the competent company. The software will load the report task and display it on the left side of the interface. Check it on the left side of the interface, and finally click the "File Export" button to select the file storage path. After the progress bar is completed, report the generated file (dzp format) to the competent department to complete the data reporting.
