Second, the project overview
This project is not located in the northeast of Jianzi Valley Landfill Site in xx District of xx City, and mainly deals with the domestic garbage in lunan district, lubei district, Kaiping District, Fengnan District, Caofeidian Industrial Zone, Fengnan Industrial Zone and Nanbao Development Zone of xx City. The construction scale is 1.500 tons of domestic waste/day, and three 75t/h circulating fluidized bed waste incineration boiler production lines are set up, each of which handles 500 tons of waste/day. Supporting (1x12+1x25) MW steam turbine generator set, with a total investment of 440 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment exceeds 80 million yuan. 12.5% of the total investment.
Three. Completion of environmental facilities
The waste incineration project is built by Xx Shanwei Energy Co., Ltd., based on the feasibility study report and preliminary design approval, and in strict accordance with the requirements of EIA report and EIA approval. At present, all the environmental protection facilities in the factory have been completed, which are briefly described as follows.
(1) unloading hall
The garbage unloading platform is set indoors. On the 8.00mm floor of the main building, the unloading platform is equipped with a special garbage truck entrance, the unloading floor is 10, and the platform width is 24m. Under the condition of not affecting the operation of other vehicles, it can meet the requirements of driving, turning around and unloading of the largest garbage transfer vehicle. The garbage unloading platform meets the requirements of flushing and seepage prevention, and electric shutter doors and air curtain walls are installed above the entrance and exit of the platform to prevent odor from spreading.
(2) Garbage storage tank
The total effective volume of the garbage storage tank is 17955m3, which can store more than 7,000 tons of garbage, which can meet the amount of garbage incineration in 5-7 days. The concrete panels of the garbage storage pool and the garbage leachate collection pool shall be impervious to prevent leachate leakage and groundwater infiltration.
The upper part of the garbage storage tank is provided with the air inlets of the primary fan and the secondary fan of the incinerator to keep the garbage storage tank in a negative pressure state. An emergency fan is installed in the tarpaulin of the garbage storage tank. In the case of downtime or unexpected accidents, the gas in the garbage storage tank can be treated by the activated carbon adsorption device at the top of the factory building and then discharged into the atmosphere to avoid odor escape.
(3) Slag bin
The effective volume of the slag bin is 1225m3, and the amount of slag stored for 7 days. Equipped with bag dust collector and chimney, chimney height15m.
(4) Lime silo
The lime storage bin is set according to the lime consumption of three flue gas purification lines and the three-day inventory. Storage bin V= 130m3. Equipped with bag dust collector and chimney, chimney height15m.
(5) storage of activated carbon
Set up three activated carbon storage boxes, one for each line. Considering the dosage of activated carbon for 5 days, the volume is 5m3. The exhaust port is connected with the bag dust collector of the lime bin.
(6) fly ash storage bin
Considering the two-day reserve of three lines, two 800m3 fly ash storage bins are set up. Equipped with a bag filter and a 29-meter-high chimney.
(7) landfill leachate treatment system
The process of "dynamic anaerobic+membrane bioreactor (MRB)+ primary sodium filtration (NF)+ primary low pressure reverse osmosis (RO)" was adopted to treat landfill leachate.
At present, a 300t/d leachate treatment workshop has been built, and the treatment effect has reached Class A standard (GB 189 18-2002). 70% of the treated water is used as supplementary water for greening, spraying pavement and water tower, and the remaining 30% concentrated solution is reinjected into the boiler for incineration. Domestic sewage enters the leachate treatment workshop for treatment through septic tanks and domestic sewage pools.
(8) Garbage incineration system
The process adopts circulating fluidized bed waste incineration boiler, and the furnace burns according to the principle of "three highs", that is, high temperature, high disturbance and high residence time. The residence time of flue gas burning in the furnace is not less than 850℃ for more than 3.5 seconds, so as to suppress and reduce the contents of dioxins and carbon monoxide in flue gas. Most of the slag discharged under the bed is discharged, and the rest is sent back to the furnace for use.
(9) Pharyngeal gas purification system
The flue gas treatment of incinerator adopts the waste gas treatment process of "combustion control+semi-dry washing+activated carbon adsorption+bag dust removal", and adopts alkaline semi-dry reactant raw lime milk as adsorbent to adsorb acidic components in flue gas. At the same time, the porosity of powdered activated carbon and its toxic components such as heavy metals are reduced to the standard range, the dust removal rate is 99.5%, and the desulfurization rate by adding limestone is more than 85%. On-line monitoring of chimneys has been networked with the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau to realize real-time monitoring.
(10) water supply and drainage system
According to the design, reclaimed water is used in Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant in Fengnan District of xx City, and reclaimed water pipelines and sewage pipelines are also laid to Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant according to the requirements of EIA.

Dangerous solid waste is fly ash, and general solid waste is slag and domestic garbage.
