This is my first time to go to the library. Dad told me that the library is a magical place with many interesting books and knowledge waiting for me to explore. So, I excitedly prepared my schoolbag and embarked on the road to the library with my father.
As soon as I entered the library, I was attracted by the quietness and neatness inside. The bookshelves there are neatly arranged, and the covers of the books are colorful, as if telling me their stories. I looked around curiously and didn't know which book to read first.
I went to the children's reading area and found many interesting story books and comic books. I picked out some books, sat by the window and read them attentively. The stories in the book put me in it, some made me laugh and some moved me to tears. In this quiet environment, I seem to have entered a fairy tale paradise full of fantasy world.
Besides story books, there are many books about animals and plants, science and history in the library. I also found a book about space exploration, which contains many magical pictures and interesting knowledge. I found many novel things in the book, just like an explorer, I found one treasure after another.
In the library, I also met some friends who were studying hard. We exchanged some interesting book recommendations and discussed the stories in the book together. This kind of sharing and communication makes me feel very happy.
Time passed quickly and my father reminded me that it was time to go home. I am a little reluctant to leave this place full of books and knowledge, but I also know that I will have a chance to come again tomorrow. I vowed in my heart to keep my thirst for knowledge and come to the library to study more, because there are endless worlds waiting for me to explore.
Today's trip to the library made me gain a lot. I learned a lot of new knowledge and discovered new hobbies. I will take this love for the library home, continue to read more interesting books, and let the treasure house of knowledge grow up happily with me.
