Gao Hongbo,1951February, was born in Kailu County, Tongliao City. His father, 1964, served as secretary of the county party committee at any time and started the year of "great migration". From Tongliao to Beijing, then from Beijing to Guiyang to Bijie, until two years later in winter, a cloudy morning set foot on the land of Beijing. The family and his own turbulent migration life are very frequent. In Gao Hongbo's own words, his 40-year-old father summed up a set of moving procedures at that time, which made the semi-militarized family more streamlined and almost destitute.
