Jinjiang Library, founded in 1953, is a "first-class library" evaluated by the Ministry of Culture. It has won the titles of "National Civilized Library", "Provincial Advanced Library" and "Top Ten Libraries in Province" for five consecutive years, and was awarded the title of "Provincial Civilized Unit" by the provincial party committee and government. The new building was officially opened to readers on February 5, 2007.

2. Quanzhou Library

Quanzhou Library was established in May, 1958. The new museum is located on the north side of the scenic East Lake Park, covering an area of 9-6 mu. The library was awarded "National Civilized Library", "Advanced Library in Fujian Province" and "Top Ten Libraries in Fujian Province" by the Central Ministry of Culture and the Fujian Provincial Department of Culture, and was awarded "Civilized Unit" by the Leading Group for the Coordination of Spiritual Civilization Construction of Quanzhou Municipal Organs.

3. Xiamen Library

Xiamen Library was established in 19 19, located in Xiamen Culture and Art Center, No.95 Tiyu Road, Siming District, Xiamen.
