Principle and structure of wind power generation
Wind power generation principle: this technology adopts the principle of air hole mechanics. For the wind tunnel simulation of vertical axis rotation, the blades are in the shape of aircraft wings, so they will not be affected by deformation when the wind wheel rotates. It consists of four to five vertically arranged blades and a wind wheel composed of a connecting rod, and the connecting rod is fixed by a four-corner or five-corner hub and connected with the blades. The wind wheel drives the rare earth permanent magnet generator to generate electricity, which is sent to the controller to control and transmit the electric energy used by the load.

Wind power generation structure: the whole machine is built on the steel structure base, which has strong toughness. The bottom is composed of a solid bottom flange, and all the main components of the fan are connected to it. The fixed position of the generator deviates from the engine room axis, so that when the fan is running at full load, the center of mass of the whole machine is consistent with the center of the tower and foundation. The yaw mechanism is directly installed at the bottom of the engine room, which is connected with the yaw mechanism through yaw bearings and installed on the tower. The bottom of the whole engine room has a strong absorption effect on the dynamic load and fatigue load generated by the impeller rotor on the tower. Engine room seat cover has engine room cover, which is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and has the characteristics of light weight and high strength. It is effectively sealed to prevent external erosion, such as rain, moisture, salt spray and sand.
