The cooperation between China Merchants Bank and Suzhou Library has ended, and now Suzhou Library uses its own library card. Before 80 yuan, it was 50 yuan deposit and 30 yuan annual fee. There is no annual fee now. Only 50 yuan deposit is accepted. It is equivalent to reading books for free.
