1. Clean up the host file.

2. Turn off offline work.

3. Cancel the proxy server settings;

4. Reset the modem/router.

5. Firewall, router and Internet connection * * *.

6. Check for updates.

If all the above are normal, download a driver and see if the network card is abnormal. If you can't judge for yourself, take it to the computer repair shop.
