Readers who are overdue or have not made an appointment refuse to enter the library; The 24-hour self-service lending and returning machine outside the library is suspended.

Readers aged 60 or above can register in the library with valid ID cards or old-age cards. Readers who only return books or take online reservation books can apply directly through the green channel of our library without reservation.

Third, the document overdue fee:

At present, the library is still in the stage of restricted flow and orderly opening, and at this stage, readers are still exempted from overdue fees for borrowing documents.
