Where is the former site of Heilongjiang Library?
The former site of Heilongjiang Provincial Library is a national key cultural relic protection unit.

Heilongjiang Provincial Library was founded in 1906 (thirty-two years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty), and its predecessor was the library founded by the Educational Affairs Office of the General Affairs Department of Heilongjiang Province in Qiqihar City. 1954, the former Heilongjiang Province and the former Songjiang Province merged into the new Heilongjiang Province, and the provincial capital was changed from Qiqihar to Harbin, so the former Heilongjiang Provincial Library was renamed Qiqihar Library.

20 13 In May, the State Council (Guo Fa [20 13] 13) announced the former site of Heilongjiang Provincial Library as a national key cultural relics protection unit.
