Nantong Library is open from 9:00- 17:00 every day. Under special circumstances, such as the Spring Festival and other holidays, it will be adjusted. For example, during the Spring Festival in 2024, Nantong Library will be open from 9:00- 17:00 every day, in which it will be closed in the morning of February 14 and open in the afternoon 13:00- 17:00.

Every Wednesday morning is the housekeeping time of the library, and it will only be open to the public in the afternoon. The opening time on Wednesday afternoon is 13: 00.
