1. It's time for the Safety Supervision Bureau to review the special operation certificate. The style, standard and number of the operation certificate for special operations are uniformly stipulated by the State Administration of Work Safety, but the format of the operation certificate for special equipment is different. The operation certificate for special operations shall be reviewed and issued by state administration of work safety, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Construction at least.
2. Legal basis: Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety.
Special operators of production and business units must receive special safety training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts.
The scope of special operations personnel shall be determined by the emergency management department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments of the State Council.
Article 33
Designers and design units of safety facilities of construction projects shall be responsible for the design of safety facilities.
The design of safety facilities for mining, metal smelting construction projects and construction projects for production, storage and loading and unloading of dangerous goods shall be reported to the relevant departments for examination in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and the examination departments and their personnel in charge of examination shall be responsible for the examination results.
Second, the special operation certificate is reviewed every few years.
The audit time of special operation certificate is as follows:
1, and the special operation certificate is reviewed every 3 years 1 time;
2. Those who have been engaged in this type of work continuously for more than 10 years and strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations on production safety may be extended to 1 time every 6 years with the consent of the original assessment and certification authority or the assessment and certification authority where they work.
