Rule number one Readers should use the same version of the original book or the new version approved by the library to compensate for the loss or damage of the borrowed book to the extent that it can not be used normally. If the same edition or new edition of the book cannot be used to offset the compensation, it must be calculated according to the year of publication and compensated according to the following methods:

( 1)? If a book published within 5 years is lost or damaged, it shall be compensated by 3 times the original price.

(4)? If books published in 2 1 year or above are lost or damaged, they shall be compensated at 5 times of the evaluation price.
2. Chinese and foreign books or multi-volume books must be compensated according to the price of the whole set of books and the price of a single book.
Rule number two Smear or damage processing accessories (magnetic strips, bar codes, spine labels, RFID labels, etc.). Books and periodicals on the website shall be compensated according to the cost.
Rule three. Those who steal books and periodicals will be handed over to the school security office for handling according to the relevant regulations of the school.
Article 4? Readers should handle related matters at the service desk of the library, such as compensation for loss or damage.
