At the beginning of the new year, looking back on the work in the first half of the year, under the guidance of the leaders of the Ministry of Security and with the joint efforts of colleagues, the class successfully completed all kinds of security, supervision and service work, actively completed all kinds of temporary tasks assigned by the leaders, timely assisted the leaders to do a good job in the overall work of the Ministry of Security, and played a leading role as a backbone. I made a simple summary of the work done by 20 10:

A, work on duty, a clear division of labor:

Let the security guards on duty do their jobs. First of all, focusing on "fire prevention and theft prevention", the security guard on duty is required to strictly inspect the key fire prevention areas of the community, rectify the potential safety hazards immediately, supplement the fire prevention rectification in time, and make a fire prevention list. At the same time, strengthen community inspections and monitor and manage key areas. Carefully check whether the doors, windows, water, electricity and equipment in the reference room, warehouse, equipment room and motor room are closed as required, and close them in time when problems are found, so that criminals can take advantage of them.

Second, strengthen daily work management.

The security officer on duty shall correct the violations in time during the discipline inspection of the community construction, make records of violations, collect and sort out all kinds of quality records on duty, and strictly control the personnel, vehicles and articles entering and leaving the community. People entering the community must show their valid certificates and explain the purpose of the visit. Vehicles leaving the service area must show their valid certificates and the materials issued by the service center. During the shift change, people, vehicles and things never get out of control, which effectively ensures the safety of the company's property, and at the same time, the company's various rules and regulations have been effectively implemented.

Third, do a good job of "passing, helping and bringing"

The new team members have just arrived, and the working environment is unfamiliar and inexperienced. I will explain the company environment and the work items done by safety personnel to the new team members in time, so that they can improve their business skills as soon as possible, so as to carry out various safety work.

Fourth, actively participate in various activities of the Ministry of Security.

As a monitor, we should always take the lead, actively participate in various activities, training, regular meetings and training, be a good adviser to the leaders, and improve the good image of safety.

Of course, there are still many shortcomings in the work, such as incomplete duty records. In the future work, we should learn from experience, improve our working ideas, communicate with colleagues more, strengthen our study, and improve our management level and business skills.

In order to carry out the work better and more orderly in the second half of 20 10, this work plan is specially formulated.
