The library has a large number of professional doctoral students, double-degree graduates and professional technicians, who have well undertaken the work of literature resource construction, literature processing and sorting, reader service, information consultation, system maintenance and technology development in our library. The staff in the north and south campus of the whole library 130 people (excluding temporary workers), with college education or above accounting for 83% and senior titles accounting for 47%. The modernization of the library has greatly promoted the enthusiasm of librarians to learn all kinds of new knowledge and technologies. The majority of librarians work hard, study diligently, keep pace with the times, and improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way to meet the needs of the modern information age and better serve the teaching and scientific research of the school.
