1. If you lose your library card, please report it to the registration office of our library immediately.
2. Please provide the deposit receipt, the original and photocopy of the certificate I used to apply for the certificate to the staff of the accreditation office.
3. Fill in the loss reporting registration form, re-fill in the reader registration form, pay the handling fee, and reissue the library card.
4. The procedures for reporting the loss shall be handled by myself.
