1 building equipment monitoring system

According to the requirements of HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical and other specialties, centralized monitoring and management are carried out on the electromechanical equipment in the hotel, so as to make the electromechanical equipment run safely, reliably and efficiently, save energy, reduce maintenance personnel and improve work efficiency.
The central control room is located in the freezing room of underground section D, and all kinds of wires are laid in the trunking under the raised floor, and isolation measures are set between the power line and the signal line. The system monitors or controls power supply and distribution, lighting, diesel generators, elevators, refrigeration, fresh air of air conditioning, air supply and exhaust, water supply and drainage. The environment created by general lighting and monotonous lighting effects is far from meeting the requirements, which needs to reflect the hotel's high taste and self-image. At the same time, customers are required to feel the comfortable environment brought by the lighting effect whenever they enter the hotel. Usually, hotel buildings have the following characteristics: besides switch control, lighting lamps need a lot of dimming equipment; The controlled area is relatively concentrated, mostly in the * * * part of the building (such as lobby, restaurant, conference room, bar, etc.). ); Need simple system maintenance and management; Most of the lighting sources are mainly thermal radiation sources, with a small amount of gas discharge sources.
Intelligent lighting control system is a control system integrating various lighting control modes, modern digital technology and network technology. Its goal is to better embody human nature; Smart. Its appearance and development not only provide various artistic effects for architectural lighting, but also make the control and maintenance of lamps easier. If distributed intelligent lighting control is adopted, it consists of dimming module, scene switching control panel, LCD touch screen, intelligent probe, programming socket, clock manager, hand-held programmer, PC display and so on. The above modules with basic independent control functions are connected through five types and four pairs of shielded data communication buses to form a lighting control network. (2) Ballroom: This hall is an important ceremonial place of the hotel. Through the dimmable controller, a variety of lighting scenes are preset in the hall to meet the needs of lighting effects in different occasions. The staff calls the required lighting scene through the programmable control panel. The manager on duty can use the remote controller to remotely control the lighting effect changes of the large banquet hall. In the preparation stage of the banquet, only the downlight is partially or completely lit; When the guests begin to enter the venue, the dark slot lights will gradually light up; When the banquet officially begins, turn on all the lights to make the banquet hall brightly lit; During the banquet, the visual effect of stereoscopic lighting can be changed by adjusting the different combinations of light and shade of each lighting circuit. The system mainly includes working area, horizontal and vertical trunk lines, management, equipment room and other subsystems. The configuration and characteristics of each subsystem are as follows:

(3) Vertical trunk subsystem: The system consists of a large number of copper cables or optical cables between the floor wiring closet and the main wiring closet, which realizes the connection between the floor distribution frame and the main distribution frame. The data vertical backbone adopts 6-core multimode optical fiber. Optical fiber has the characteristics of large capacity, high speed and strong confidentiality. The optical coupling rate of multimode fiber is high, and the alignment requirements of fiber core are relatively loose. When the bending radius is more than 10 times of its diameter, it will not affect the signal transmission, and can support the computer network application with the transmission distance in the hotel exceeding 100m, and ensure the requirements of the current and future network systems. The vertical backbone of voice adopts 50 pairs of three types of large logarithmic copper cables, which can fully meet the needs of traditional telephone services and ISDN services.
(4) Management subsystem: composed of interconnected distribution frames. The distribution line of each floor is set in the weak current shaft, and there are vertical trunk cables in this area. The data backbone optical fiber is terminated on the drawer optical fiber distribution frame, and the voice backbone is terminated on the card distribution frame. 6 Satellite and TV antenna system
The hotel's satellite TV antenna system consists of satellite receiving antenna, computer room TV front-end and amplification distribution network system. The bandwidth of the whole system reaches 860MHz. Omni-channel antenna and satellite antenna are installed on the roof of hotel area C, and the TV front-end computer room is located on the computer room floor of area C. The feeder line introduced by satellite antenna is equipped with lightning protection device to prevent the invasion of lightning waves.
The front-end equipment adopts amplification-mixing mode, and the transmission system adopts distribution-splitting mode to adapt to the characteristics of large number and irregular distribution of hotel user terminals. The transmission trunk TV cable adopts SYWFV-75-9 and is laid along metal trunking or SC32 pipe. The subscriber line adopts SYWFV-75-5 cable and is buried in metal trunking or SC20 tube.
