North China Institute of Science and Technology, located in Yanjiao High-tech Industrial Development Zone, sanhe city, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is a university directly under the Emergency Management Department of People's Republic of China (PRC), which is jointly established by the Emergency Management Department and the People's Government of Hebei Province, and has been selected into the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" and "New Engineering Research and Practice Project" of the Ministry of Education.
