The cause of shock
Shock is a symptom of dysfunction and dysfunction of important organs caused by rapid decrease of effective blood volume and insufficient blood perfusion of important organs.
There are several reasons for shock: 1, hypovolemic shock, which often leads to dysfunction of important organs due to trauma, burn or blood loss.
2. Shock caused by vasodilative diseases, such as allergy, infection, nerve stimulation and other diseases, are all due to the relative lack of effective blood volume, mainly due to the dilation of arterioles or capillaries, which will lead to insufficient blood perfusion of important organs.
3, cardiogenic shock, mainly caused by the heart's own disease pumping dysfunction, or because of blood vessel obstruction in the blood system, leading to systemic blood supply disorder, can also lead to shock.
