The borrowing and returning service is at the borrowing and returning office in the middle hall on the second floor. Readers can borrow and return books with their library card (Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College Card). In addition, there is a retrieval machine for readers to retrieve library books and personal borrowing information. Readers can renew the loan on the retrieval machine before the loan period expires. The number and duration of books are as follows:

Citizen readers: 2 volumes with a term of 30 days.

Higher vocational teachers: 5 volumes, with a semester of 60 days.

Higher vocational students: 5 volumes (2 literature books) with a semester of 30 days.

All readers can renew the loan online once and renew it for 30 days during the loan period.

(1) book borrowing process: go to the book storage area on each floor to select books-> check whether the books are damaged. If these books are seriously damaged, they will not be lent out. If there are special needs, ask the staff to affix the seal of "original damage"-> take the selected books to the workbench at the lending and returning office on the second floor to go through the borrowing procedures, and the readers can take them away.

(2) Book return process: books should be returned in time when they are due. Return the books to the workbench of the book borrowing and returning office, and hand them over to the management personnel-> Check whether the books are damaged, and if they are missing or damaged, handle them according to relevant regulations before returning them-> If there is no damage, the staff will go through the formalities of returning the books directly; If the book is overdue, you should consciously pay liquidated damages according to the corresponding regulations.
