1. Because the library environment is relatively simple and single, the pressure on librarians will not be great, but the library takes the professional title route, primary, intermediate, secondary and positive. I have to go through years and papers along the way. Passing the title does not mean that I can enjoy this treatment. It is necessary for the library to hire you in the same position to enjoy the treatment;
2. If it is a big library, there are more staff, which means that the personnel relationship is more complicated, and there are more aunts and uncles who are particularly idle. They are willing to pay attention to everything, such as happily getting together to discuss who gave the annual red envelope before 1 yuan, who got divorced, who hooked up with the leader and so on.
The library is not what you think you can read casually. At least, my library requires working hours, so I can't read books, newspapers or play mobile phones. Leaders will use surveillance cameras to supervise, but because you are an employee of the library, you can generally get a reader's card in the library. You will borrow more books at one time than ordinary readers, and there will be no overdue fines. You can also read some new books first.
4. Library work is divided into two categories: first-line and second-line. The first line is the service window, dealing with readers every day (paying special attention to some mental problems and deliberately finding fault), borrowing and returning books, pushing the book cart to write books on the shelves, holding a small stick to rack and arranging seats; The second line is the office, accounting room and so on. The front line basically does not need much professional knowledge, because it is all hands-on. It doesn't matter if you don't have a high self-orientation and pursue admiration.
5. During the working hours of the library, it is generally closed for one day from Monday to Friday and open at 9:00-2 1:00 every day. Second-line office employees usually keep in line with government departments and go to work from 8:30- 17:00 from Monday to Friday; Front-line employees must work in shifts. For example, the library is closed on Tuesday, and front-line staff are closed on Tuesday. If you are lucky, you can choose to rest on Saturday or Sunday, or you can choose to rest on Wednesday. If you are unlucky, you can only rest on Tuesday and Thursday. Golden week and other holidays, the library holidays do not rest. At most, on the first day of New Year's Day, the door will be closed at 4 pm in advance. Second-line employees can have a holiday according to national regulations, and front-line employees must take turns to go to work, such as the hard Spring Festival. . .
6. With regard to wages, libraries generally allocate funds in full or approve them. However, due to overstaffed and complicated personnel and low welfare, there is no year-end bonus, holiday fee, bonus and subsidy. . . Wages are in the middle and lower reaches of institutions in the same region.
