There is no annual fee, but there is a library card deposit of 100 yuan. Take photos and ID cards with you. Usually it can be kept for two months. Magazines can't be taken out of the library, but there is a copier to make copies.

Free access to the library. You can read books even if you don't have any certificates. If you want to lend it out, you must have a library card.
