Nanjing Library is a public library in Jiangsu Province, a national first-class library and a document information resource center in Jiangsu Province. The predecessor of Nanjing Library can be traced back to Jiangnan Library founded by 1907. Nanjing Library has more than 7 million volumes (pieces) of various documents, ranking third in the country, second only to the National Library and the Shanghai Library.
