Article 1: Scope of application:
This qualification is applicable to on-the-job professionals engaged in editing, borrowing, reference, document development, library science research and consultation, technology development and service of Chinese and foreign books and periodicals in our province.
Article 2: Ideological and political conditions
Abide by national laws and regulations, love readers, care for books and periodicals, and have good professional ethics and professionalism. During his current position, he passed the exam.

(1) If the annual assessment is basically competent or below or the unit is in informed criticism, the application will be delayed 1 year.
