Huaiyin Institute of Technology is a public undergraduate college in Jiangsu Province, located in Huai 'an, a famous historical and cultural city in China, the hometown of beloved Premier Zhou Enlai.

The school was founded on 1958. 20 1 1 was approved as the education and training plan for outstanding engineers of the Ministry of Education in September. 20 1 1 10, approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, became an authorized unit for master's degree graduate students. August 20 14, with the approval of the people's government of Jiangsu province, Huaiyin Institute of Technology and Huaiyin Teachers College merged to establish Huai 'an University.
