In April 2023, official website showed that the school has more than 200 faculty members/kloc-0, and more than 200 external professors. Among them, there are 983 full-time teachers, 47 professors, 2 associate professors, 46 doctors and 485 masters, 3 famous teachers in Shandong Province, 2 foreign teachers such as Changjiang scholars and Taishan scholars.
