Someone asked me what I was busy with. My favorite answer is: sitting in the library reading (1)
I write this article in the hope of sharing my personal reading experience with friends who like reading for many years and have some library complex like me.

It's still early after supper. What are you up to at the moment? Do you study in the classroom? Or sit in front of the sofa at home and watch TV? Or stay in bed and watch your mobile phone? Now I'm sitting at my desk, typing and seeing a bunch of books I want to read borrowed from the library near my home from the corner of my eye. I have a little joy and desire in my heart. I'm glad there are so many good books in the library that I can finish them without spending a penny. The urgent task is how to finish reading more books I want to read in a limited time. How did others do it? Reading God, give me some hints!

1. Why do I love reading so much?

In fact, I don't know the answer to this question myself. I don't know how to understand that one of the good habits that many people say to develop is "to develop a good habit of reading every day", because personally, reading seems to have little to do with habits, but personal preference, which may be innate or acquired. Just like people who like playing football or playing chess, their love for football or playing chess is probably innate.

When I was very young, because of economic reasons, there were very few toys, so few that I had almost no memory. Even if I did, it was an old toy from someone else. But I do remember that maybe one day when I was just in primary school, my mother brought home a magazine called Childhood. I even remember that the cover of that issue was a photo of Ms. Soong Ching Ling, and the four characters of "childhood" were in red brush font. There were no toys to play with, but the book was always in my room, so one day I picked it up and opened it. Most books are black-and-white articles with few pages of pictures. Although I don't know many words, I am deeply attracted by this magazine and the types in it. I can hardly understand a complete sentence and the main idea of some articles, but I am still fascinated.

I remember at that time I kept asking my parents what the word meant and how to pronounce it. Later, my mother simply took out the Xinhua dictionary at home and taught me how to look it up. When I learn, I can look it up and read it myself. At that time, I thought, how can there be such a magical book in the world, in which all the words you can't pronounce can be explained! And soon, I was immersed in the fun of finding and knowing new words from the dictionary, and then marking them in miscellaneous words or books. I think this is a very fun thing, just like playing games with myself!

Since then, I have been in close contact with the types of books for the first time, and I like to keep rummaging through my parents' bookshelves at home to find books to read. If my parents are on a business trip or shopping and ask me what small gifts to bring home, I always say, don't buy me clothes.

Bring me a fairy tale book! Fortunately, my parents often bring me back some good books suitable for that age, and they subscribe to some children's magazines and monthly magazines every year, so that I never lack books. Sometimes, even if the next issue of the magazine hasn't arrived yet, I will read it again, especially the favorite chapters. With the study and growth, I can read more and more books after I know more and more words. This is a happy thing for me.

There is another book you can't help but mention, that is, the 365-page story (Volume I and Volume II) you had when you were a child. Hehe, did you laugh when you saw this? Have you ever been like me? It is not enough to just listen to mom and dad reading a story before going to bed every day. You will pick up that 365-page book by yourself every day and read it in doubt! (Laughing while covering her mouth)

Looking back now, I think it was the little book called Childhood, a Xinhua dictionary and a 365-page story that I came into contact with in my early years, which made me discover my love for reading.

Next, let's talk about the second half of the story, which is
